The Dubner Counseling Center

The Dubner Counseling Center is dedicated to working with parents and children to assist in providing learning experiences and counseling in order to empower wellness and independence.

What We Do

Counseling services are available to work specifically with adults, children, adolescents, and families facing today's growing challenges.  Special emphasis is given to those with a diagnosis of Asperger's Disorder and Pervasive Developmental Disorder, not otherwise specified (PDD-NOS).    Individual therapy, group therapy, and parent training services are available, as well as Presentations for groups on a variety of related topics.

Counseling services are also available to address other concerns related to adjustment disorders and parenting issues on an individual basis.  Specialty areas include ADHD, Anxiety related issues, and bullying.

Services are currently provided on a in-home basis ( no additional charge within the Denton County area).  Hours of practice are Thursdays from 6:30 p.m. -8:30 p.m., Fridays from 9 a.m.-2 p.m., and Sunday mornings as available. Please call today to get more information!  214-679-1116
